mijnbv.nu is a service for incorporating a BV (private limited company) in the Netherlands online. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this privacy policy.

• Identification data: date of birth, BSN (only for articles of incorporation), copy of ID document
• Business data: company name, KvK number, shareholder information

• Incorporating your BV and performing the agreement
• Communication about your dossier and the status of your incorporation
• Legal obligations (e.g. Wwft, tax legislation)
• Security of our service and fraud prevention

• Account data: until you delete your account plus 30 days
